Coach
  • An ongoing process focused on building an associate’s skills.
  • Leader provides the associate with support, encouragement, and specific constructive feedback.
  • Leader is continually on the lookout for positive coaching moments throughout the day.
Disciplinary Action
  • This is a procedure that may include a verbal, written or final warning, a PIP (Personal Improvement Plan) - all of which could ultimately lead to termination.
  • Leader uses this when a behaviour consistently does not comply with performance expectations, companypolicies, values, ethics or standards.
