Each region’s panel will review their nominations and select the most inspiring associate story. We will share this story with the entire organization. In addition, that associate will be honored at the company’s annual recognition event hosted by our Executive Leadership Team!

FirstSalute

FirstSalute is an internal program that recognizes associates who go above and beyond for our customers. Every Tuesday during FirstCall, we share a story submitted by a resident or board member praising the work of an associate. All associates featured in these stories during the quarter are entered into a drawing. The winner of each drawing (a total of 4 associates annually), along with the 8 Values@Work honorees, is invited to attend a recognition celebration with the executive team.
